1What Autonello provides

Autonello provides software that helps auto repair shops run their operations and communicate with their customers, including appointment communication, vehicle service updates, repair estimates, authorization requests and other messages about a vehicle in for service.

Each participating auto repair shop is responsible for the content of the messages it sends to its own customers.

2Acceptable use

You agree to use Autonello only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the platform, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or use it in breach of applicable law or regulation.

3SMS terms

By giving your mobile phone number to an auto repair shop that uses Autonello and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages about your dealings with that shop. Consent is given directly to the shop when you schedule an appointment, drop a vehicle off, go through service intake, or submit the shop’s online service request. Autonello does not run a keyword or advertising sign-up campaign.

Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Vehicle service and repair updates
• Repair estimates
• Requests to authorize service or repair
• Vehicle completion and pickup notifications
• Replies to questions you have asked the shop
• Other messages about the automotive service you have requested

Opting out and getting help

You may stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP you may receive one confirmation message telling you that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number. For help, reply HELP or write to admin@autonello.ai.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send or receive.

4SMS privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5Third-party services

Autonello works with third-party software, telecommunications providers, payment processors and other services. Your use of some third-party services may also be subject to that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

6Intellectual property

The Autonello platform, software, technology, designs, branding and documentation are owned by or licensed to Turning Point Technology Partners, Inc., and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms gives a user ownership of that property.

7Service availability

We may modify, maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruption or error.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turning Point Technology Partners, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the services after they take effect means you accept them, as far as the law allows.
