How it works

  1. The technician looksOn their own phone, in the bay, with gloves on. Photos and a note per item, red, yellow or green.
  2. Findings become jobsEach red or yellow item is priced from your menu, with labor time and parts, and lands on the estimate.
  3. The customer decidesThey see the photo, the note and the price, and approve the ones they want. The rest are kept as declined work.

What you get

Why this matters more than it sounds. Declined work is the cheapest revenue in the building. It is already diagnosed, already quoted, and the customer already knows about it.
